It’s unlikely that Nikki Haley will pass DeSantis in the polls to challenge President Trump in the 2020 presidential election. DeSantis is currently polling higher than Haley and has much more name recognition with voters. Additionally, President Trump has already announced his intention to run for re-election in 2020, making it highly unlikely that either DeSantis or Haley would be able to mount a successful challenge.
