IHOP has rolled out a new biscuit menu nationwide for the first time in the history of the chain, as it attempts to capitalize on the popularity of biscuits and revive its slowing sales. The menu includes items such as biscuit sandwiches, breakfast skillets, biscuit sides, and even dessert-style dishes such as a cinnamon roll biscuit skillet. IHOP is betting that the biscuit items, which will be baked throughout the day, will be a hit with customers and give the chain the sales boost it needs.
