The Supreme Court is likely to be playing an increasingly influential role in the 2024 Presidential Elections. Over the past decade the Supreme Court has made several significant rulings on political topics ranging from gerrymandering and voting rights to transgender military service, immigration, and abortion. Therefore it is likely that the outcome of the Court’s decisions over the next few years will have a significant effect on the political landscape going into the 2024 elections. It is quite possible that the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Constitution or federal laws will directly impact the outcome of the election or the way citizens are allowed to vote. As such, it is likely that the Supreme Court will be at the center of any Presidential campaigns in 2024.
