Elon Musk’s newly released chatbot, the so-called “anti-woke” bot called “NPC Woke Splicer” has been less than successful. After a public outcry, the bot was quickly shut down due to it being accused of promoting hate speech. After shut down, a statement was made from SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk, “We strongly support all forms of inclusive dialogue and are disappointed that this feature has been misinterpreted. We are currently in the process of investigating the technical issues surrounding this feature and will take swift and decisive action once the investigations are complete.” This statement shows it is unlikely we will be seeing the anti-woke chatbot any time soon.
