At a rally in Manchester, New Hampshire on Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign manager Jean-Pierre Delage was asked about speculation that the campaign could face changes from its current staff amid reports of a polling crisis for the frontrunner. Delage gave a terse response, simply saying “we’ve made changes and will continue to make changes as the campaign goes forward.” He did not elaborate on what specific changes may take place.
