The Mercury News Group (MTG) recently filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) inquiring about any potential investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged involvement in the underage sex trafficking industry. MTG has yet to receive a reply from the DOJ.

MTG is currently consulting with attorney Mark Comer to determine the next steps in their effort to receive answers. Comer is an expert in anti-sex trafficking and is experienced in working with the DOJ regarding FOIA requests.

The specific details of MTG’s FOIA request with the DOJ, as well as any potential response from the agency, are not yet available.
