Although one candidate, Donald Trump, has received more delegates than the other candidates, he has not yet won enough delegates to secure an outright majority of the total pledged delegates. As of April 27, 2020, Trump has 1,122 delegates but needs 1,276 delegates to secure an outright majority of the total pledged delegates.
