Microsoft has announced that it will be laying off employees as part of a restructuring plan. This is the second round of layoffs since the company announced it would let go 10,000 workers last summer. The latest round of cuts is expected to be much smaller, with reports that it may affect anywhere from hundreds to thousands of workers. The company has not yet elaborated on the details.
